TAKORADI BEACH HOTEL &

TOURIST RESORT LIMITED

  Takoradi Beach Hotel & Tourist Resort Limited commenced Business on 2^nd July 1997.   The Proprietor and Managing Director is Dr. Justice Atta-Addison, who is the immediate past president of the Association of Ghana Industries, and the Executive Chairman for Multiwall Paper Sacks (West Africa) Limited (M.P.S.).

 This hotel has thirty-two (32) rooms, fully split system air-conditioned, with ten (10) channel satellite dish for television reception.

Our first class Gourmet Ahema’s Restaurant can comfortably seat fifty  (50) people.  For dinners and parties beyond fifty (50) to four hundred (400) people, they can conveniently accommodate them around their most modern swimming pool, which has excellent facilities including bar.

 The spacious Upper Terrace Bar allows one to enjoy one’s drinks or snack with the cool breeze from the magnificence of the Atlantic Ocean, while watching television. “What a relaxation!!!”.

Takoradi Beach Hotel has a large conference hall that seats one hundred and fifty (150) people while the Executive Board/Conference Room is available for smaller groups of up to thirty (30) people.

 For efficient Business and Communication Centre; Takoradi Beach Hotel is equipped with Modern Machines such as: Fax, Binder, Photocopier, IDD (Around the world telephone systems) and secretarial services.

 OTHER FACILITIES AT ONE’S DISPOSAL AND COMFORT ARE:

 -          Same day laundry services

 -          Standby 250 KVA Electric Generator for continuous power supply

 -          30,000 gallons capacity water reservoir and

 -          A very spacious car park to contain about one hundred and fifty (150) cars with good and effective security services.

 We have land to expand the hotel rooms from thirty two (32) to two hundred (200) in future.
